The Modern Apartment in the Baltica Heaven complex is a comfortable, modern space created with families and all those looking for a holiday close to nature, but with full convenience in mind. Located in picturesque Rogów, between the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko, it provides peace, quiet and contact with nature - and at the same time everything you need for a carefree stay. The wide, sandy beach is literally a three-minute walk from the apartment, and on the other side of the complex there is a calm lake. This unique location makes it an ideal place for both relaxation and active leisure - walks, baths, bike trips or observing nature.
The apartment itself is modern and functional, with the comfort of four people in mind. It consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a lockable bedroom with a double bed and a separate children's room with a bunk bed. The whole is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower and a private garden, ideal for morning breakfasts, afternoon relaxation or quiet evenings with a glass of wine. All rooms are fully equipped to provide maximum comfort for both a short trip and a longer vacation. Thanks to separate bedrooms, everyone has their own space and privacy - which will be appreciated especially by families with children.
Guests also have access to the attractions offered by the Baltica Heaven complex itself. In the summer season, from June 17 to August 31, an outdoor swimming pool is available - at no extra charge. There is also a gym and a safe, fenced playground. The complex is closed, monitored and has free parking, which ensures a full sense of security and comfort throughout your stay. On request, we provide additional equipment for the youngest - a high chair for PLN 50 per stay and a travel cot for PLN 100. Guests traveling with a pet can take their pet with them - only a fee of PLN 150 per stay applies. At check-in, we collect a refundable deposit, which will be returned after the stay if everything is in order.
Access to the apartment is very easy - a comfortable, asphalt road leads here, which allows easy access regardless of the weather or time of day. The location in a quiet part of Rogów, surrounded by forest and birdsong, makes it possible to truly relax here. This is a place where time passes slowly, and every moment by the sea becomes a pleasure.
There is a hold on the deposit during the check-in process. The deposit is released after the stay.
Pets are allowed in the apartments at an additional cost.

Die Tipps von Mateusz haben uns sehr einpacken. In der Gegend gibt es leider viele Mu00fccken (so ist das eben in der Natur), also Mu00fcckenschutz gefallen.”
